FAQ

How can I check my application status?

Check your email and more specifically the spam folder for a response. You can also use the sign in buttons for steam and discord above and check your application status.

How long do I have to interview?

If you have already generated your TeamSpeak password, you have 72 hours. Otherwise, you have up to 7 days from the time your application was approved for you to generate the password and conduct the interview.

What's the minimum age to apply?

The minimum age is 16.

Do you have a Double Clanning policy?

Partially, we allow our members to participate in other servers and communities as well. However, we do expect our members to play regularly on our servers and have an activity requirement of 1 hour every 30 days. Failure to adhere to this expectation may result in the removal of the Double Clanning privilege for the member and failure to adhere to the requirement will result in removal.

How long does it take for an application to be reviewed?

24-48 hours.

How long before I can Re-Apply?

You have to wait 30 days before you can re-apply after your application was denied.

Why was I denied?

We historically have never told the reason why we deny applications. If we did, it would compromise the integrity of our application system. Sorry!

Dear Applicant,

We are so excited that you are interested in joining Aspirant Gaming. Aspirant Gaming is nothing without our members rising up to enhance the community. With that said, we keep the quality of our application process high to ensure quality members.

Aspirant Gaming's Expectations & Requirements to apply:

Expectations:
1. We expect you to be pursuing growth in your role-play abilities.
2. We expect you to regularly attend and participate in the community.
3. We expect you to participate in the Aspirant Gaming Discord and Teamspeak server.
4. We expect you to understand that you will be held to a higher standard.
5. We expect you to remain open to correction/accountability from Aspirant Gaming staff members.

Requirements:
1. Must be 16 years or older to be considered for membership.
2. Must apply using the same Steam Account you intend to use with our community in this application.
   Currently Logged In As: Currently not logged in.
3. Must have a working and easy to understand microphone / headset. This is very important.
4. Must have Discord installed.
5. Must have Teamspeak 3 installed.
6. Must be able to read, comprehend, and speak English fluently. We are an English-speaking community only.
7. Must understand that Aspirant Gaming has an activity requirement. This requirement expects at least 1 hour every 30 days.
8. Must understand that Double Clanning policy applies even while you are a recruit.

Our Double Clanning Policy:
1. Aspirant Gaming applies a Double Clanning policy to all accepted members.
2. The policy comes into effect as soon as you become a member, right after being approved by a verbal interviewer.
   
3. Members are able to join other servers with emergency assets and are able to be in other communities. However, if this is abused this privilege will be revoked for the individual abusing it.
4. We do our best to provide the best quality role-play environment to our members, and want our members to play on our servers the majority of the time.
5. A first offense to a Double Clanning violation is a 7 day soft-ban from our Discord / Teamspeak. You retain membership and trainings after this soft-ban.
6. A second offense to a Double Clanning violation is a 90 day membership ban. You must re-apply afterwards, and forfeit all trainings and membership.
7. A third offense to a Double Clanning violation is a permanent ban.
8. You always have the option to appeal the DC ban via Discord. A majority vote from Staff judges the appeal.

Aspirant Gaming stores all application data in an encrypted format. Aspirant Gaming protects your submitted data, and we will never share your data with anyone else.
